FAQs
Got Questions? Find Your Answers Here Before Visiting Us!
What if my kid cries when it's their turn?
We are NOT the mall. You are welcome to walk around the barnyard (time permitting) and try again once your little one is in better spirits.
Will there be food at the farm?
Yes there will be concessions like apple cider, hot chocolate and fresh pulled pork.
Do I have to buy a ticket to see Santa?
Buying a ticket in advance is HIGHLY recommended as spots do fill up quickly. While we cannot guarantee a spot will be available, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.
What is the price of admission?
Admission to the event is $15 per person.
Any children under 2 years old may attend for free.
Ages 2 years and up DO need to purchase admission.
What if it's raining or snowing?
Santa is inside the barn so rain won't slow us down, but for snow events we will do our best to keep everyone informed and make decisions 12-24 hours in advance.
Can I bring my pet(s) to see Santa?
Sorry, but no. For the safety of your family, other guests, and our barnyard animals, pets are not allowed at Cookies with Santa. This includes dogs in bags, strollers, or any other type of animal. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the farm a safe and magical place for everyone!
